Easy School of Languages has been running Teacher Training courses for the past 18 years! All courses are eligible for funding under the new Erasmus+ programme for Education, Training & Youth which can cover all the costs of travel, accommodation + course fees.

Our teacher trainers are highly qualified and bring many years of experience in both teaching and teacher training. They hold internationally recognized qualifications such as Cambridge CELTA and DELTA, Trinity Dip.TESOL and Cert.TESOL, as well as B.A., B.Ed, and M.A. degrees.

Course Leaders

Mariangela Gasparetto

MA English, DipTESOL, BA English Language & Literature.

Mariangela has over ten years of teaching, adopting CLIL Methodology. She wrote several course books edited by Mondadori and Zanichelli on CLIL Methodology in History, Art, and Philosophy. She has been working as a CLIL author for Zanichelli since 2015. She is an Erasmus+ Ambassador and a freelance consultant and trainer in European Project management and design. 

Adrian Webb

BA Hons English Literature and Philosophy, DELTA, Train the Trainer, CertIBET, CELTA.

Adrian has been working in the TEFL industry for over 15 years as a teacher, teacher trainer, course writer and Director of Studies. He has worked in the UK, Qatar, Jordan, India, Ethiopia, Myanmar and Malta for British Council, Stafford House, International House and is now Director of Studies at Easy School of Languages in Malta. He specialises in IELTS exam preparation and Business Communication for which he has written and delivered courses globally.

English Language Development and an Introduction to CLIL Methodology for School Teachers 

Minimum level: Pre-Intermediate (B1)

Duration: 1 or 2 weeks

Lessons per week: 20 Language Development + 10 Teaching Methodology

​Overview: Ideal for non-native English-speaking educators, this course focuses on using Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) to teach subjects such as science, art, and maths in English.

English Language Development for Teachers and Staff working in Education - Level A1/A2

Minimum level: Elementary (A1)

The course will focus on three main areas of Maltese culture; food, wine and fashion and will explore their history, industries, and significance in modern day Maltese life.
